Fantasy football punishment tracker
Free · No app · Your league joins with one link
Your league app does the standings. It does not do justice. Somewhere in your league there is a punishment agreement, the Waffle House hour-per-loss rule, the calendar photoshoot, the jersey of the winner's choosing, and right now it lives in a group-chat thread nobody can find and one commissioner's failing memory. That is how punishments go unserved. That is how last place walks free.
If You Ain't First is a live leaderboard for the part of your league your league app won't touch: punishments, side bets, and public accountability, with an AI announcer named Ricky calling it all.

What your league gets
- A punishment ledger with a scoreboard. Weekly losses, punishment points, missed-lineup strikes, pick the metric, and the board keeps the season-long score of shame. Weekly winners (and losers) get crowned automatically.
- Ricky, the AI announcer. He reacts to the standings and roasts whoever's losing. He has dials, office-safe at the bottom, and settings that are not, for leagues built different. First place gets celebrated. Last place gets remembered.
- Group votes for the sentencing. Can't agree which punishment fits the crime? Put the options on a vote board and let the league decide democratically. It's the most satisfying feature we make.
- Share cards built for the group chat. Every board unfurls as a scoreboard image, so when Dave hits last place, the chat sees “DAVE IS LAST” in 1200×630 glory.
Set it up before your draft
It takes about two minutes: create the board, pick who keeps score (each manager, the group, or commissioner-only), set Ricky's dials, and drop the link or QR in the league chat. Nobody installs anything, a phone tap joins in ten seconds. Do it before draft night and the punishment terms are on the record from week one.
Punishment covers the bottom of the standings. Want to reward the top of it too? Run weekly awards — Manager of the Week, Bust of the Week, and eight more — right next to the punishment ledger. And if your league hasn't even settled who picks first, do that one before this one.
FAQ
Is it free? Yes, free covers three active boards with unlimited members, voting, share cards, and Ricky on the house model. One league board fits comfortably inside free.
Does anyone need to download an app? No. It's a website that behaves on phones. Invites are a link or a QR code, and a shared board link shows the standings even before joining.
Can Ricky be office-safe? Yes, intensity and edge are dials, and the bottom settings are safe for a league with coworkers in it. The top setting is opt-in and we don't describe it here. See a live board first: The Punishment Division, a real punishment ledger, crimes and all.
Start from the league template
One tap pre-fills the board: commissioner keeps score, punishment points stack up, a 17-week season, and Ricky dialed up for a league. It's a prefill, not a contract, change anything before it goes live.
